What is Reiki? 

• Reiki is an ancient, gentle and non-invasive energy healing practice that channels life force energy to aid in emotional, physical and mental ailments.

• "Rei" means Universal Life or Spirit and "Ki" refers to the vital life force energy we all have within and around us (including animals).  Reiki is therefore, using the Universal Life Force Energy to heal us. 

• It can be safely offered in person and via a distance from anywhere in the world.

• An animal post-surgery can benefit from reiki to promote deep relaxation, reduce any anxiety to allow for deeper healing.  With this, Reiki can help to reduce pain, and suffering. 

• If a new animal has been brought into or out of the home, and is experiencing emotional upset, turmoil or difficulty coping, Reiki can be sent to promote harmony, dissolving of blocks or further understanding of situation to promote harmony. 

• If an animal experiencing separation anxiety, Reiki can be provided to alleviate their symptoms, provide clarity to the situation, and promote calm and wellbeing and general healing over time.

Booking a Session​

Reiki is not limited by space or time, it will be sent via a distance to wherever you are in the world.

It is recommended to schedule a time when your animal can be more at rest. 

Often times, stress can impact the entire household and therefore Reiki can be a support to help everyone in the family; so it could be beneficial to also schedule this session during a quiet time for yourself. 
Simply complete contact form below and Brittany will contact you to schedule an appointment date/time and will send you a link for payment or details for e-transfer.

During a Session
During the session, your animal may continue to do its regular thing, or curl up and fall asleep. It is normal for them to get up and drink water, stretch, or wander around. Every animal will react differently, and all is perfect.

 

Brittany will send an email about the session once it is complete, if anything came up to be shared, and with any follow up details. ​​​​

​

You may want to observe any positive changes that occur in your animal (and you) over the coming days, weeks. Drinking water can assist with the energy movement and helps the overall process. ​

Ongoing sessions are often encouraged for more long standing or particular concerns, such as serious
injuries/diseases and that can be discussed whether recommended and is feasible for you.
